I could be so wrong, but I swore that the titanforge, and warforge and regular base ilvl all got squished to the same number being ilvl 50. Farming on my level 50s, I just got these 2 to drop, obviously the warforge is ilvl 60, I wonder what the titanforge is then? These could be insane for...

Level 10 can loot the no lvl req. greens, so just make a semi 10 twink and farm.

You can be weird and run RFC and Deadmines with a decked out twink using the boe epics in legion at 7...

I need to find me a ranged weapon so I can try to farm that :P

That drops in Westfall which is a level 5+ zone. I cant see it scaling to 1, only 5. The level 7 boe dropped in a 7+ instance, which is why its level 7.

Id also recommend either 1 or 5. Only difference between the two are professions. Gear is pretty much the same besides engineering stuff.
