Who said anything about this being applied only to old accounts or veteran having different caps depending on which expansions you bought? Cap is 20 for everyone and you won't be able to log on higher toons. Also MoP has been part of Battle Chest for a few months now.

Because the level 20 cap will still be in place.

This idea of character locking that you're trying to push doesn't even happen in the current system. There is only ONE thing that makes a character locked and that is character level. Level to 21 and up = character locked. There are F2Ps in guilds and their characters don't get locked. There...

Uhh, but I think you'll still have to buy Battle Chest before your account becomes Veteran so Starter and Veteran will still be different. They never said Starter Accounts are going anywhere.

DPR does get added to the tab once you log on a toon that has it. Goes up to lvl 80 and doesn't seem to have any upgrades. GFed things don't appear in toybox/loom tab for those who don't have the items so it MIGHT mean that DPR is going to be GFed.

Don't think they would add the loom upgrade tokens (bought with honor) to the honor vendor if they wanted to remove it. They also added the upgrade tokens to Argent Tournament vendor and probably to the DMF vendor too (no way to check atm). So my guess is that Blizz wants to give players...

Orb of the Sin'dorei not obtainable (and the costume has a lvl 70 requirement anyway). Orb of Deception obtainable on a DK (with a boost), since it drops from the raids DKs have access to.
