What would the be stat priority when it come to a 39 assassin rogue using x2 frostrage daggers with double elemental force? With a passive that gives them the chance to gain an additional combo point if there combo point generators crit. Keep in mind no mutilate also.

So atm leveling a rogue and I do not know if I should stop at 39 and play there or go to 59, please help needed...
