yeah, you get a book (can’t recall actual item name) after questing through gorgrond (and talador, but the talador one is for big buildings, gorgrond is for medium buildings i think), which you can exchange for a lvl2 build schematic in ashran, and with that, you can unlock and build lvl2...

Aside fron rogues and maybe mages, all classes have at least one spec that can solo in ilvl61. If you don’t like druid, the second easiest is resto shaman, but all tank specs can solo wod dungs pretty easy (with blood dk being slightly weaker than the rest), along with pet classes (hunter/lock)...

i think you need to lockpick them on a high level and send the unlocked ones to the 20 and open them there. Though i believe old epics scale to a much lower ilvl than wod warforged dungeon drop, so i’m not even sure if it worth to farm those blades.
