If you google the term "Anecdotal" you'll find it says "Not necessarily true or reliable, because based on personal accounts rather than facts or research." I am by no means stating they still drop, I simply provided my personal experience. I didn't say, they still drop keep opening...

Annecdotal, but I bought a 101 Relic about 2 weeks ago and the seller said it dropped from a lockbox a week prior(So 3 weeks ago today) after opening 800 boxes. So perhaps there is still hope! (But probably not :(.)
