Best I found was Warrior; especially for the goats in MoP. You can spam whirlwind endlessly and with the speed from Hunger of the Pack trinket its the most brain dead easiest farm and you never go oom. legend

there is no way (to my knowledge) of reducing the level required of any item. The best thing to check is the ilvl of the items. If its 27/28/29 you might be in luck.
