For the near future, trinkets should be tested on an individual basis and group basis. I’m convinced some of them are scaling based on our stat allocations. What is good for the gander, may not be good for the goose.

For necks, there are two currently known “best” options. 1) Drak’Tharon Keep quest rewards a neck with agility, crit, and a socket. Probably easiest to acquire. 2) Req’d 19, ilvl 28 green BoE from Legion or BFA that has socket (or socket+tertiary) with heavy secondaries. As for trinkets, the...
