HoA is patched, but shoulders and head still gives stats... If you take away the neck (req 40) you cant equip it back. And then probably the shoulders and head wont give stats anymore since it says (req Hearth of Azeroth). Seems to be GFED. LOL what a joke xD

Update: When you finish all Phases and kill the Towers quickly, the last vendor also spawns and then they stay 5min. It appears that the attacks start each 2 hours. Before it was 22:00 now its was like 00:00 +/- The second Vendor gives 2 Gems BOE for 160 Shards to fit in a Meta Slot: 12 Crit /...
