How can you get there via not being a goblin.

Figured someone would post something useful about how they actually got the buff in the first place instead of posting something from NASA...

I see 19 twinks and 29 twinks running around Orgrimmar with this Thermohydratic Flippers buff from the Goblin starting zone... Even though there was a druid that had it and Goblin's can't even be druids.

Apparently I did something to the funding team that put me on the "Ignore" list because I think I applied for a Horde Rogue on my phone and not seeing Camo replying to my first post I actually filled out the application for a rogue rather than just saying Horde Rogue and I get on the "Ignore" list.
