Wondering since Thief's Blade scales faster DPS than Shadowfang which I should put Landslide/Elemental Force on?

Oh and to everyone who voted Duopaladin. The only reason he has 390K+ Honorable kills is when I played Holy Crit on Azuremyst he'd get a premade of us together and GY farm 20's... This was when we were 24.
