How are you getting HOA at level 20? I can't even get the HOA quest on a level 49. And the 4 ilev 50 pieces from legion quest storyline completions? Looks like you have to be 45 to equip them. Im getting ilev 24 junk from the valsharah quests. Even the bg win chests are giving ilev 25-26 gear...

Can't get heart of azeroth, because "a dying world" quest Is no longer available--marked obsolete according to wowhead. Also potions, free action, swiftness, etc nerfed to 5 min cooldown, making alchemy almost worthless. Third wind and salt water also nerfed to 5 min cd.
