Will do and I will consider it, I have several level 80s between both Benediction and Faerlina still none of which I plan to level to 85 soon or at all. I would like to gauge how the pvp ques are for the level 80-84 bracket before I make a decision.

Is this an 80 progression thing or would I be able to transfer one of my unleveled 80s with full ICC gear over and participate?

I think the practice of banning items/classes in a tournament setting seems odd, a twink is a twink you make/gear it out as an alt, you gear it out to be the best it can be, that's what separates the dedicated to the casual speed run twink. you should be able to play with the gear you may have...
