AoE and sustained damage is really strong for Balance. Burst damage from pooling AP for multiple starsurges can be pretty good too, not quite on Arcane or Destro's level but still strong. Offheals aren't bad if you choose Resto affinity. Not having access to interrupts at 59 can be frustrating...

The breakpoint at which PvP power overtakes primary stats is 393 AP/SP at level 59, presumably it's somewhere close to that for 60 as well.

I tested 4 piece Heroism a few hours ago. The healing proc either doesn't work or has an absurdly low proc rate. I assume the same applies for 6 piece valor as well, seeing as they're the same set bonuses in reverse order.

Resto is ridiculously strong at this moment. You can survive for a long time even 1v5 or more with relatively little effort. With 3 charges of riptide, 2 charges of healing stream, spreading flame shock and using your lava surge procs in between recharges, you hardly ever need to hardcast at...

I wouldn't bother with Hand of Edward the Odd, as it doesn't proc from spells (unless it has been changed recently) and Elemental doesn't have any melee abilities to help trigger the proc. I could see a holy paladin or mistweaver making some use out of it, but even for them, a haste proc lasting...
