    Worth noting: ironically enough, TF is mostly focused on arena/wargames nowadays. If your interest is random BG pugmades then there are probably better options. If you like chill wargames (including probably the only place you can find consistent solo shuffle games in 20-29s), TF is the place to...

    Take it out of the guild bank. A lot of old items that have been in guild banks for years have bugged tooltips in one way or another (i.e. old suffixes etc)

    Mistweaver Buff in Latest Patch

    11-14 = lower hp pools but can't farm lvl 10 MoP blues 15 = higher hp pools, extra talent, couple extra dungeons (relevant if you like boosting 20s), can farm lvl 10 MoP blues
