Tbh no one is forcing people to unlock vet percs. If you upgrade it and don't touch it for a month - no one will be able to tell difference.

In general people here consider healing classes to have higher skill cap than dps classes. As such you wont see much bushing when it comes down to healing. How can a near infinite health vs a set health be more skillful is beyond me.

You need max level to start quest. Why would you need it? Rewards are trash. Drums cost 10g to craft.

It doesn't matter when you complete it. You get +3 ilevels now and it will go to +6ilevels after patch retroactively in your bags.
