When people say they are doing many 're rolls' (After a quest reward), wtf does that mean? I thought that after a quest was done, there is no undoing the reward.

Can you get epic upgrades to drop from boss drops in dungeons? Also, how about the green/blue drops from trash mobs? Or is it only just quests where you can get a potential upgrade.

So let me get this straight, you can only get one piece of epic loot a day, from each separate dragon, thats 3 pieces of epic loot per day. Is this limited per toon or per account?
