I'd say offhand since shamans dont have any spells or abilities that requiers a shield. you will miss out on the armor from the shield tho, but higher ilvl might negate that.

tried this, and it wont reward you a chest when u complete stage 2 again but you will get one for stage 4

pretty much only lvls not needing invasion gear is 78-79, dont know for sure about 89s but maby.

monks do not rely on wep speed / dmg range, so go for highest ilvl

they spread the xp out on all 3 invasions, so you will get the same xp if u do all 3
