the chest you get from the invasions scale to your level, so you have to open them at 39. Start at 30 and save em up til you are 39, I've done that on multiple toons. And just make sure you have bag space, and buy felbatrs for the shards, not much else to do ;)

yes and it is the same at 39 I believe, kind of proves that Blizz has done some poor coding for the scaling on the drops from the chests from the invasions

BoA items are at ilvl 54 WF'd non upgraded are at ilvl 53 WF'd upgraded are at ilvl 63 so i'll take the ilvl 63 gear :)

It is the same for 49s, hence why the upgraded items are at 63 and not 64 :/ probably something wrong with the encoding on player in the 30-49 lvl range

artifact weapon will have higher ilvl than the glaives tho (?) if so those glaives wont be worth it in 1 week I guess

49s get ilvl 63 wf'd gear, dunno about the breakpoint yet but all above ilvl 54 is pretty much good since high ilvl gear is almost non existent for 49s. also the wf'd gear is way better in terms of power when it comes to pve and wpvp :)
