Hunter rotation is: serpent sting-->explosive shot-->spam arcane shot...that's if you're trying to burst down someone. Also popping herbalism haste and rabid(70% pet haste - ferocity-only pets) add a great deal of dmg. Not sure exactly how to make a macro for that rotation, but its only 5 keys...

Very impressive twink with the grandfathered head enchant and ring. You seem to be going for a maximum intellect / spell-power set, but I really do think heirloom cloak and chest would be more beneficial.
