Do Vets gain the benefit of Guild Perks when their Sub isn't active? That'd be my 1st guess why you'd want to be in a Guild.

I am 100% complete on all Quests available to 49's on 2 of my 3 remaining SL 49's and that only gets you just into Friendly. All WQ's that are in areas 49's can do (non-60 only areas) will award some Rep. The bigger issue is how few of those on a daily basis are available per Zone (maybe 250-500...

Well, in fairness, many of the Blue BoE's from SL are equippable as low as 48 even though they show a higher Level requirement (a 48/49 just had to have LOOTED it). It's not surprising that the Rep items were also equippable at a Level lower than the TT stated.
