    Sigh, I tried getting that aswell. Questgiver doesn't have the quest. Swear my account is bugged, there's so many quests that just don't exist, even on my 29.

    He doesn't even have those quests for me, I can't get them on any toon, even new toons i've made.

    Anyone know how to get this quest or is it bugged? so annoying, it says you need level 11 to pick it up but the questgiver only has one quest and that's it. I just saw a mage with surpessers wand so i'm not sure what is going on? Anyone know the deal with this?
