I'm curious if anyone has an idea of what BIS would be? Is it a mix of ilvl 99 gem slot gear or would attempting to stack mastery via cata gear plus timewalking events be superior?

Ok figured out it doesn't seem to make a difference in battlegrounds since the item lvl cap is around 75 or so; odd but kind of interesting as you can wear what ever gear you feel like for purely aesthetic value.

Tested, looks like the higher weapon speed didn't make a difference so far =\

Something has changed, I got the pacifier (4.0 wep speed) on my lvl 40 fury warrior and the tooltip doesn't change when I switch to pretty much any other 2 hander. Even in the 39 bracket it only changed 1-2 damage on tooltips.... This is pretty ghetto.

Wep speed doesn't factor into WW or feral deeps in the same way, so you want the highest ilvl you can find. At least that was my understanding thus far.

90-99 is drastically more active with ques from 1-3 minutes at almost all times. When I que 20-29 it can be 5-15 minutes depending. That being said, the lower brackets feel incredibly boring unless you're a healer due to basically clicking 2-4 buttons in the most linear fashion to date. The...
