It's not accountwide. To me it works fine if I just switch realms. Blizzard fixed this bug already by adding more loot to the boss like buff-food and rockets. You may finish the quest you get by looting the quest item now. Happy farming!

Necklaces always have a chance to be looted, means you can farm all 5 in a day. They have nothing to do with the quest item that drops from the boss but by leaving it inside you make sure the boss can always be looted, avoiding the loot bug. ( Boss shows loot but the lootwindow can't be opened )...

There's 5 diffrent versions of the neck that can be dropped and the stats are always the same. Sweet Perfume Broach = Haste/Mastery Choker of the Pure Heart = Crit/Mastery Winking Eye of Love = Versa/Mastery Heartbreak Charm = Crit/Haste Shard of Pirouetting Happiness = Versa/Haste

The rocket can be obtained once a day by each character but the 5 necklaces can be farmed all day.

Chances are high. I usuallly get one on every second run.

Also there's some kind of loot bug going with the event boss at the moment. You can easily avoid this by simply not looting the quest item that drops from the boss. That makes sure he drops the quest item each time you kill him, allowing you to loot the neck without bugging.

Go for the community. Gear doesn't matter much anyways.

Half of the people don't want to que it? Well that's a terrible lie. Last time the majority was FOR Arathi Basin and not against. I don't see what the problem is with AB. We have some level 19 activity going and that's what matters. I think the last few AB pops we had were a million times better...
