I posted a couple questions about haste for f2p. The reply I received was that you might know. Basically, is there a soft cap on haste and if so what are the breaks? on my shaman a 2 second cast lightning bolt only went down to 1.7 according to the tool tip with 22% haste. it should be 1.6 cast at just 20% so I was thinking maybe there is a soft cap?
