just did dmf fishing quest with 300/300 classic and 7/75 outlands fishing - got NO levels. Guessing only gives classic fishing lvls...
He is. At 19, its nice and saves a min CD at the cost of a trinket. At 20 with adaptable its a must-have second trinket basically.

Assassination doesn't require daggers until lvl 40...still not better than combat...but dot spam might be fun.
