I only tried the one suggested in the "try this" part of the OP, but it didn't seem to work as a f2p

Updated the monthly list in main post

I made a google sheet where I will keep track of every single activity in blizz database, and I will just comment if it works or not.
So we won't have to do this monthly testing and re test everything each time its up and instead only test new activities.
Still not done checking over the list (around 400 activities left out of 800)
A lot are marked untested due to me not being 100% sure if we tested them or not.
So if you see some that are marked untested and you are 100% sure it's tested, please let me know and I will update it.

the tadpole one, the childrens’ week ones and the volunteer guard day were all reported by you @Conzil as not working last year.
the collect eggs, defeat duck boss and place eggs all were not working last year (i remember testing them myself) and if the spring flowers is the item that gives bunny ears to someone, then using them in arena/bg wasn’t working either.
only one i’m not 100% sure about is whether we had the collect eggs below max lvl one, all the others are probably not working this year either :/

Yeah it still works. A little trick to make this a lot easier is to add another starter char and queue both sides. Unless your realm is very active, it's likely to pop into the same queue, and no matter which side wins you get the credit.
BTW the count is per char, so you can finish this in a single day.

I don't know if it's a bug or anything but this morning it dropped on a fresh lvl 10 char and I was able to learn it. However I couldn't mount it until after a relog (kept saying my lvl is too low)

Yep, amazing. Actually i already went to plan B on it - drop was that high and i made a bunch of expendable toons to L4 loot, level and learn later. But ofc, the shorter the better

ingame friend today got this on his 2nd player (20vet unsubbed), he linked the drop from bags it showed no level req
adding info instead of doing another post. the above was that players second try. i got mine Friday on fourth player, previous day i did three tries. Tues/Weds i only collected eggs for wpns mogs. i did this event last year when we got a green basket to open which i do not think we had a chance at the mount and most guides said level 60+ and mount had a level req
