Not really loot, but I discovered that with the Burning Crusade timewalking popping Magister's Terrance reputation with the Shattered Sun Offensive so reached Honored.
I flew on a whim to the isle as its apparently unlock since the change to timewalking for <= 20s that the Quartermaster actually sells a few items that can be used with F2P including at Exalted their Tabard.
I picked up Formula: Void Shatter as I was now Honored as example.

Since the Timewalking changes that unlocked Magister's Terrance as an option for rotation, it seems to be open during The Burning Crusade walking. One is still locked out from the portal in Shattrath City to their base, yet I see that the flight point is unlocked on Alliance - I have not tested via Horde.

I just tested and the isle is still physically blocked off from sea, so guess I'd need a lock closet to unlock fp, since back in the day the flight master couldn't be interacted with when I first got summoned there.

Bronjahm <Godfather of Souls> in Bronjahm, was a drop from timewalking. It's just purple and not an AH bag so it's neat. I don't know why this text is bold, I blame the rum.

You need >= Friendly to interact but I wonder if it's a side effect of the Warband - 'The Warband Map to Everywhere All At Once' when it was the toy and had weird issues then become a Warband ability. Because I saw flight points I did not have reached/have before.
Via the time walking for Burning Crusade, I reached Honored with Shattered Sun Offensive. But I re-checked my Neutral with SSO toons and they can see the flight point.

Could be that Blizz forgot to lower the req lvl for it to drop
Seen some max level chars posting about getting it
I still miss Toy, Manuscript, and Rocket

If you mean wowhead reports, all due respect i do not consider them as reliable. Eg quite often is discussion - when you report the drop on 2th+ kill per day, and you posting time tells us you did it after reset.

this part is so weird, i had few dozens of toy drop during this 2 weeks
