Is it soloable by a single lvl20? What is the best way to complete this quest as a lvl20?

Very hard to solo.

You can camp the site in the current timeline and ask a higher level char to clear the mobs for you. They are level 30 so they are easy to kill.

Problem is the only "high level" a f2p lvl20 can talk to is lvl30

Not sure about killing all the event mobs, i did that on my higher lvl. But i got there on my 20 by himself and you can talk to the vendor after the event on your 20. I did have to have war mode on for the event to take place it seemed, waited forever and never happened with WM off.

I'm doing this right now in US realm. It happens once every 2 hours at 10min past the hour in non-war mode. I am multi-boxing with a full team of tank/healer/2 dps. Able to get to phase III but the elites hit real hard and got wiped before the final boss.

It is soloable by at least a geared Protection Paladin (what a surprise!) but it takes a while and ain't that easy.

My tip is to have Warmode On. Chances are you are going not to encounter anyone else there, but you will have the PvP talents to get a better edge.

Soloing would be very class dependent. I've taken 3 shots at soloing on my Guardian druid and eventually run out of gas in the phase just before the last boss. I just don't have the damage to down those last waves of elites before they overwhelm me eventually. Maybe if I had some better gems or a bit of leech, it would be possible. But I'm also rocking a Bramble staff so my damage is about as good as it gets for a Guardian Druid.

I suspect Prot Pallys, Hunters and Locks could probably get it done solo.

Edit: I haven't tried since the March 26th hotfix buff to reduce damage taken by Guardian Druids by 10%. I'll give it another try to see if doable after this buff.

Can confirm warmode looks to be needed, we waited over 2 hours with wmoff and never saw it start.

I did it with WM OFF two weeks ago. Both my main and the twink on the same timeline.
The event started and I cleared everything on my main then logged in with the twink and accessed the vendor. The event started 10-15 minutes after the even hour as far as I recall.
