I checked for Druid. All have req lvl 30. I can confirm from Wowhead database, Shaman Relentless helm does show as NOT having a req lvl.

I don’t like agreeing with @Chops but likely correct or just a fuck up in programming. It’ll likely be nerfed when brought to attention but there’s better out there

All of the 'Classic Replica Gear' shows Locked since I didn't PvP during Classic and didn't obtain the Ranks. I also didn't find any item that you can actually purchase, get the error "You must be Level 27 to purchase".
