Class Fun and Tier

Hey coming back after a while. I'm wondering what's the state of the classes rn.
First tier list, what are the best class ?
Then what class feels the most fluent. I mean no lack of big important spell. And fun to play.

So far I've worked on my Hunter/Pally/Drood/Shammy. Only my Hunter is "well geared" and it's true that I 1-shot just about everything. My Shammy basically can't die, Pally's Jugement 1-shots most things and Drood (as Resto atm) is looking pretty good. I've heard that Lock is sick, just not as crazy deeps post gear nerfs.

I made outlaw rogue, pretty new toon haven't geared it as well as some of the other but i've found a 44 mainhand weapon from WoD rares and it hits pretty hard.

its pulling about 100-150dps in my current gear on bosses.

A dot class like shadow, affliction or balance woulda probably been good.
