39s is plagued by premade domination mentality

hi guys, i have read this forum for awhile but never reply. i have twink a long time mostly on alliance going back to like tbc or about there. what this og post is mad about is what i have noticed alot of on alliance for many years. just keep playing matches and you will get your wins sometimes. salute
 
This post is really just a bag of salt disguised as a thread.

The fact that you're trying to bash Scrub for giving up to a lost game when this man has endured a mass of horde dominated games is beyond me. The way you have gone about replying to this thread shows you have no idea what professionalism is. This being after you have talked to Dim, Suhre and myself at different points about what is being done to make the bracket fun for both factions.

The entire concept of complaining about premade games doesn't make sense to me since you mostly play horde and until recently the 39 bracket has been dominated by their premades. It's only been since blizzard with their top notch decision making decided to split NA into two battlegroups, has this really turned into something that needs to be addressed. We have a host of people already leveling horde alts on bigglesworth with transfers coming in from east coast as well. <Slash AFK> has been offering help to any horde willing to help fill their ranks and, <PTL> has more members being leveled to bring in their own 10 mans. You know and have been talked to about all of this yet come to still come to the forums to make a post to basically bash WM premades with your own justifications.

" I can't say this stuff never happens nor am I usually on during the daytime premades to see all our games, but from what I have personally seen this is not true. I have not been in one game where we grave yard camped the losing team in weeks and if i did happen it was to a minimal extent, not enough for people to actually endure game after game. I see what horde pugs & premades do to easy alliance teams that are probably down 2-4 people waiting to fill. If you think it's any better than what you're claiming we do then you'tr lying to yourself or delusional. Horde have no problem rolling over and grave yard camping 7 alliance to the point that queues just die for the night.

You are a RAGER, We've all heard it. You're trying to act "professional" with this post but go off on everyone in discord. What a shit thread of unnecessary drama.

Mai, you literally take this post completely out of context. You think this is a bag of salt, but you are completely ignorant to the fact that I made this as a discussion without a single piece of anger to it. You on the other hand went on about being a salty hipocrite and pain coming in saying I ragequit out of games when that is a lie. He won't even provide an example.

Do you REALLY think that me testing the waters, playing for a week with you guys, coming up the the conclusion that big premades are boring on both ends makes me a hypocrite?

Before, I did talk about it with you guys. I was told "We are only doing these 12 man premades because it's AB weekend." That wasn't the case. It kept happening every day and I was SUPER bored of it as there wasn't any competition. Like I said, maybe I joined up at the wrong time and that isn't what's happening.

You guys are the biggest alliance hub on west and most twinks are going to be drawn to joining you. I'm just bringing light on an issue that could become something in the future.

Also to note, I've been in PLENTY of games where GY camping was going on in the premades, both in AB and WSG. So, I don't know what to say about your statement, because I'm experiencing something completely different.

Either way, the post wasn't a complaint about gy camping. It was just to try and promote a more balanced competition. Fuck me right?

Don't get mad at me for providing an example to counter scrub's "I never quit" statement.

There's no point in replying beyond this because you're going to say were doing to you what you're being called out on for, Wich is being a rager (you yell at your teammates) and complaining about shit on the forums (after talking to us on discord).

I'll say my peace and be done with this thread. I can't speak for pain but i'm not mad at you it's more like i'm disappointed in what you choose to post and reply about on here. You skipped over most of the points in my last response to instead take shots on my character ". You on the other hand went on about being a salty hipocrite" and mostly reply to stuff i said my first response \ on page 1. You are whinging about something alliance has been going through until the split and are trying act like my replying and calling you out about all this as me being "mad" .

Honestly I don't see how you can take anything i've said so far as me being mad. When in fact you have gone on rants yelling about things on discord.

You attempt to end your point by what telling me to not safe spot?.. you mean on 2nd floor ledge jump that any class/race can do without the use of any trinkets/potions/abilities? Interesting because ya'll were all up and down ToT all game from what I remember. What's the difference? Same could be said for the cart by horde GY that everyone uses. I've never safe spotted in my entire WoW career by definition of blizzard

This is the act of engaging in PvP combat while exploiting a position that cannot be reached with basic jumping (no wall-climbing), or engaging enemy players while being in an advantageous position where guards cannot reach you due to pathing, line of sight, or any other game mechanic."

Go ahead and apply this to what you saw me do. A basic one step jump onto a ledge where I can be targeted and killed. I have seen literally just about every twink on either faction use any number of the basic jumps in warsong gulch, yet you don't see me whining on the forums.

Provide all the examples you want about anyone afk'ing or quitting games it doesn't change the fact you rage on your own teammates and make salty forum posts about a subject everyone was already talking about fixing. No one on here is going to believe you didn't write this with a single piece of anger after this post was made immediately after non-stop complaining to Surhe and I on discord. We addressed everything you came at us with a respectful demeanor and talked like adults about it all. Then you make this lol..

its obvious what needs to happen.. Everyone roll horde west coast server doesn't matter which. Play orc or undead like 90% of the horde do any way and everything will be balanced out. This is how you skill in 2020 wow classic. Or roll dwarf on alliance side same effect tbh OP in its own way.... Sorry just ranting cause of all the names I see here complaining when they are part of the problems

If you want to fix the ques and you cannot stand getting games like this then start a recruit thread for horde gather people who are willing to help fund or join a cause like this if there already is one. Plain and simply put you need numbers before specific classes and thats the best way I can think to fix it. Alts arent the solution nor have they ever been. You need main horde 39s on west coast first then folks can worry about alts on either faction. "You cant rob Peter to pay Paul" as the adage goes.
 
What I read was: Alliance runs premades 24/7. Horde can't win games so much to the point that they're not queue'ing anymore. Waaaaaah.

What I saw was: Whitemane literally doesn't queue at all for an entire day. 9 back to back games with not a single player from Whitemane. Alliance loses almost every game in a 6 hour period.

There's an inconsistency between these two things.

Horde have a pretty bad queue timer compared to alliance, we all know that. The last thing someone wants to go against is a dominating premade vs their pug. I personally wouldn't want to wait 30 minutes for a queue only to be graveyard camped due to being outnumbered.

We've had the East/West split which hurt queue times by quite a bit. People believing that it'll kill the bracket. Want to know what I think will kill the bracket? The constant 8-12 man premades that happen every day, throughout the day. I've already seen plenty of messages of "X group is queueing, guess it's time to stop playing".

I am here for the competition, that's what I want for the bracket. What isn't fun is getting into multiple games that are so one-sided, you can't do anything but be a honor punching bag.

I want 10v10 premades. They are fun to play and watch, but it's often not worth the effort if the general gamemode is riddled with giant, 10 man premades at peak hours. It'll only get worse as more people migrate to west to join the most dominate alliance guild when it comes to numbers.

This'll probably go on deaf ears, and you may think "you need to suck it up", but most alliance twinks only see their side. It can get pretty bad over here on horde. To the point where you just don't want to queue anymore as you can make better use of your time.

TL;DR - It would be cool to get more competitive games against other players, rather than straight dominate, impossible to win ones.

Edit: I personally think the problem isn't the premade itself, but how often a giant premade is going. That I don't find fun on both sides of the spectrum.

We run guild premade 39's on Weds and Sunday. If you want some good games get a team and play us. Then Scrub will show you all how to really play a hunter.

So OP is complaining about the amount of alliance premades that are ruining competitive games, and your response is to threaten him with a premade. Did you eat paint chips as a kid?

Threatening? I'm not threatening anyone. I'm saying the days we run premade groups for our guild. He either can get a group to play us for some great competitive games or not queue those times to at least avoid our premade.

He is complaining about premades and also asking for competitive games. The most competitive games I've had are 5-7 man premades on both sides. Yes sometimes a premade doesn't get another premade team but 99% of non premade games are lopsided and last 15-20 min anyways.

TLDR: Paint chips taste good derp derp derp
