Best Shield Spike

I like to use shield spikes on my prot warrior when tanking stuff because I think they give the highest dmg increase. So if anyone was wondering which is the best shield spike for levels under 70 here it is.

https://www.wowhead.com/item=12645/thorium-shield-spike is the best since https://www.wowhead.com/item=55056/pyrium-shield-spike does not work when you are under 70. Check the pictures for proof

Thanks for that. I have never been able to test the Pyrium Spike as I don’t have a high enough Blackie.
But that’s a shame it won’t work at 20.
Thorium is definitively the better Spike at 20.

And does it actually deal 20-30 damage as the tooltip indicates?

No it doesn’t. Got hit with the nerf bat a few patches ago.

The average it hits is 7 so I gain about 1-3% dmg from it for a dungeon run.
