How will twinking work in Classic?

Alas, you are unable to die in one zone and rez in another zone in Classic. You just get ported back to the zone’s GY that you died when you rez. Trust me I tried it.
I even tried dieing on Kalimador, taking the boat to Booty Bay as a ghost and rezzing in Eastern Kingdoms. Nope, ported me back to Ratchet.
I did not log out and back in though. That may have worked.

It really is best to gain all your exploration xp early though. You don’t want to cheese it and accidentally enter a zone you haven’t been in and level. And all the time and effort spent on your toon would have been for naught.
