EU+US Rogue race?

Id say what discodog said but id also wanna throw in panda. Racial stun and food buff isnt half bad.
 
allied races idk about but you can change to them
imo its between worgen and panda. nelf might be good if they still have the dropping combat bug

no, wasnt shadowmeld. awhile ago nelfs used to drop combat at weird times when they shouldnt have dropped combat and you could get random restealths off with it, it used to be annoying in endgame because the rdruid got fee restealths randomly without meld not sure if they fixed that or if it still happens but that was a big reason why my rogue used to be nelf

NE is still usually seen as best. Shadowmeld is great in a bracket that doesn't have vanish - and you can dodge big spells with it too. Add in that NEs rogues get like a 5% movespeed bonus in stealth and its hard to compete. Worgen is good with the sprint. Panda is good with the psuedo-gouge and the other panda buffs.
 
Don't count that much on restealth as any class that can DoT WILL DoT you to prevent that.
You just might get another fast CS.
