Kicking people isn't botting, and no one honor bots in this bracket anymore since heirlooms are account wide and honor looms are dirt cheap.

Surging Mist no longer costs mana, this makes up for the roll change imo. Edit: Nevermind, I guess it was just bugged for that bg. It was nice while it lasted.

Since they made slows lower it, they should at least make speed buffs increase it. Now I don't even think it gets you out of melee range.

ToV is very easy to get, and you don't want two fast weapons. It lowers mut damage and the attack speed wouldn't really be noticable with snd up all the time.
