Is it acutally possible? A friend of mine tried to apply it to a BoE, but after multiple attempts, it got soulbound. Could've just been unlucky I guess but have you managed to enchant it for someone?

Did you wait the 2h after purchasing the items? If not, you can either put them in void storage or delete them and they'll be added to the wardrobe.

I found a CVAR that you might have disabled, this should help with what you want /run SetCVar("autoUnshift",1)
