The changes that will have occurred during your absence for instance PvP would be the increase in health for example, my druids health is around 31k in a BG now which is around a 10k increase from the start of legion which is a decent change. Kind of strange (Doesn't seem right for a level 60)...

Gear will be irrelevant, as long as it is all gear specific for your class e.g. Plate for a warrior, and if it above a certain item level which i believe if you just get gear from dungeons while you level from 60-69 then you are pretty much BIS for instance pvp :)

Ok, well for Instanced PvP your gear doesnt really matter there isn't technically any scaling. Say that you are a plate user make sure you fully equip plate and i think as long as it is 50ilvl + your BiS for instance PvP same goes for leather users etc. However WPvP is different, not that i see...

There is <Deck Me Out> Argent Dawn Alliance which is fairly active. Running pretty much each raid every week so that's all good. Even doing BG groups and so on so people are not always bored. Tokel#21948 Gimme a shout i'll gladly invite you!

If you are EU no guild is really active at the moment due to start of Legion. But there is Afterlife on Argent Dawn Alliance, The Bulwark Argent Dawn Horde, Paragons Of Azeroth Ravencrest. They seem to be the most popular guilds i know of that are still semi active.
