Before today "patching" one of my F2P characters was able to get into the housing area and brought the lumberjack item. Before only the retail account with TWW applied worked for a non-Midnight character to visit the housing area.

Technically the only meta that has some changes to work through is the Devourer Demon Hunter as they need Intelligence gear as their priority which previous collected gear didn't have by default.
