I believe the OP is referring to the Legion material containers - some are using "bag" icon and others "crates", etc.

It is a mixed bag with Lorewalking, some Shadowlands areas were level 20 and a few yards away the mobs were 50+ :p You also end up with several quest items in your inventory that you can't complete ;)

Its appears to be either a bane or boom, depending on your character. One thing not mentioned is, will the Void Elf get a new racial? As this Allied Race got a 50% off transmogrification and void storage. Without the Void Storage, their racial seems weaker :P
