Dont feel too bad @Pilgrim13 most of your gear shouldnt be from TW anyway. I mean 100% a few pieces are, but most should be socketed...

Hash is correct the gear was nerfed and you missed the boat my friend.

TW gear iLvl was nerfed a few weeks ago. Old drops remain their original iLvl.
