If i had the money to afford BiS Enchants and gear again i would. But i have no main on Windrunner now.

Kind of made it with a friend when it was scaled to 25. I just assumed to keep it here since most stats scale evenly anyway.

Let me try to explain. Just because you see a twink with 10k HKs doesnt mean that they farmed Xp on BGs. They simply have just been playing for a lot longer time than you. Some of my twinks have 7-9k HKs just from having them forever. The easiest way to stay at 19 is to lock your experience...

Yes but using it in the way they are suggesting is bannable. Which is what i believe they are saying.
