Blizzard isn't going to delete your character. They will suspend/ban you if you do something they don't like. Either you or someone else deleted it, in which it should be recoverable within 90 days. or you are on the wrong bnet/wow account.

I got a socket on the shield from the hippo yesterday after trying for a week, so it is possible. Does anyone know if the rares in Frostfire Ridge are phased because of questing, at least for horde? Every time I go by there I never see a single one that drops anything I need.

If you are going to try and do everything on your own with no outside help, you might as well just start up a f2p account and do it without having to pay a sub. You'll have plenty of dungeons and profession shuffling to keep you busy. No raids, but I doubt you will be soloing many of those...

As Gul'Dan said, everything! Well you can't raid, or do pet battles, but theres some of almost everything else to do at 20. There are mounts/mogs you can farm. Plenty of dungeons to run, including timewalking. For all the good and bad of it, PVP. Hunt achievements. Plus every expansion...

Another way to get gold with Noblegarden coming up is if you have access to another account, buy eggs and put them down for your level 1 to vendor. I generally get a few anyways as they are a way to get gold onto a different character without trading should you need it.

The Multiboxing TOS is intentionally vague so they can just ban you with it if they want. I know several multi-boxers that still play today even with software setups but keep a low profile to not get reported and are fine. Also know a few that got banned several times over since the TOS change...

We will be allowed to dump time and gold into the house for 5 months then randomly be locked out one day with no notice or info until they update the f2p/vet restrictions article saying they can't access houses.

The reason I stopped playing private servers was thinking "Yeah retail might suck, but at least I won't ever lose my items or my account." This and the warbank stuff were reminders that isn't true.
