Do not enter Skyriding races on those, you will lose the 6 Vigor and go back to 4 I made that mistake on one of my Remix chars.

I also recommend getting Lightning Rush (if you have it available). I know not everyone has it, since you need to have https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=15797/an-azure-ally to unlock that Talent slot. But that spell is a lifesaver, costs no Vigor and can really help a run.
