purge is just a spell you have to ignore. its a shitty spell for priests to deal with, but whether or not you re-active or pre-emptive its going to happen to you at a priest.

if your healing core is strong though you can oom the shaman spam purging because that spell is very mana inefficient

if u find a time i go oom in twinkcup (im a shaman that spams purge) then ur right
but u wont be able to
so ur wrong

its still better to force a shaman to answer to my bubbles on my team (there's just way too much for them to answer to for that to be viable, i can bubble way faster and cheaper than a shaman can purge) than to try to answer to the dot damage on my teammates with flash heals (which is infinitely times more dangerous and mana inefficient, while im casting a flash heal i am not mobile and i am also vulnerable to interrupts) by trying to save my bubbles to use them re-actively to counter burst damage.

it is this line of thinking in addition to my attention to detail that i am able to slaughter anyone on a healing chart and do the most possible for my team with my choice of class.
