US Active server for 70-79 guilds/pvp?

I'm looking for a server that contains active pvp and active guilds all the while also having decent world pvp going on at level 70 thanks for the help if i get any and if i don't i understand.

The only kind of World PvP you're gonna get as lvl70 is going to Borean Tundra and killing levelers.
