US What would you tell your tinking self 4 years ago?

Stock up on GFed BoEs
Enchant a fuckton of BoE cloaks with 12 agility and resist enchants
Enchant a fuckton of BoE heads with enchants
Get head enchants on heirlooms

Make a feral so I can use the bullshit excuse "I have been playing feral since it was weak"

I would tell myself to take more time to get to know people. You never know who may become a great friend or who may be in need of a friend.

I remember one time I noticed that a guildie had switched to a rival guild and I messaged him about it. He said something about not feeling like part of the guild, and I felt bad about not taking the time to engage him and making him feel more welcome.

I also had the opportunity to get to know someone who I only knew as a "jerk" from his in-game and forum personality. However, he turned out to be a good person under that offensive persona.

Now that I haven't actively played in the bracket for about a year, I can say that when I look back, I don't care about games won or lost. What I look back on fondly is the fun times I had with friends/guildies and the friends I have made. <3

I'd tell myself about twitch, the direction online gaming has come and set up channels like thenwl and my private stream channel at the beginning of twitch. I'd use the exposure to make sure that EU pops never died in the first place, and i'd like to believe that if i could have told myself that - that the 19 twink scene we have today would be totally next level to what it is now.

Laurasia hit the nail on the head. When I look back I don't remember particular games and the way their outcome affected me. Instead I remember best all the stupid but fun shit we did outside of the gulch. Raiding Duskwood, epic AGM fights, duels in Thunder Bluff, Firework Shows, guild arena tourneys, shootin the shit with guildies in vent, the list goes on. I would tell my young self to cherish the friendships I had with guildies, take lots of screenshots, and enjoy the little things.

Please Glenn, don't level up those level 19s with GF gear just because you want a higher leveled druid/priest/warlock or rogue - Just keep them at 19, and create a new one. But did I listen. Nope. Nope. Nope - too lazy to do the first 19 levels again.

to quit wow
