EU+US Dagger main hand on enhance shaman?

I've seen a couple shamans doing this, is it better than BoA mace mainhand?

What about talon of vultros? Saw one guy using that.

Talon would be the best option but there's no way this is a good idea... Melee I'm pretty such is a huge chunk of your damage, you don't want to be doing that with a dagger.

Dont sacrafice white damage for a minimal increase on your hardest hitting ability. Stick to 2 maces.

I guess it ever so very VERY slightly optimal if you are going for a setup 1 shot on FC alongside a rogue. Since lava lash is your actual burst damage and you wanna hit as hard as possible simultaneously. After that go straight back to 2x maces though.

Same reason BMs use Gloom and Fangs, or 29 rogues use double BvB, they want to show off, it's not BiS for a general set.
