yeah darkchewie
run all agility

the set that was posted was alright, id use fine leather gloves cos fuck paying for woodworkings also agm is only useful once maybe twice a game. i would like to stress that your gear sets will be situational @Mvq would be the person to look at for gear sets

There's situations where Intellect won't matter and there's situations where Stamina won't matter. There's situations where you can't cast Regrowth and there's situations where you can't cast Regrowth but you're being healed by someone else. There's situations where both stats matter but Stamina has a threshold. There's situations where Haste matters a lot and there's situations where it doesn't matter at all.

To sum it up, there's a crap ton of different situations and it's important to have a Gear set ready for each one while having the Gear sets being flexible. I've done the Math for each Gear set for every situation.

Non-Obtainable Gear can be replaced by the following:
  • Seal of Sylvanas: Ring of Argas with Gift of Versatility enchanted
  • Seal of Wrynn: Ring of Argas with Gift of Versatility enchanted
  • Grizzled Boots: Spidersilk Boots
  • Inferno Robe: Preened Ironfeather Breastplate
If you have access to Intellect Heirloom Ring then I'd suggest you use that instead of Ring of Argas in every gear set.

1v1'ing a Hunter (
If you don't have Blackened Defias Armor then I'd suggest you just use the generic 1v1 set):

For your 1v1 against a hunter, in assuming your using defias to sit cat/bear form. If so, your much better off using GSoJ for bigger hits in cat/bear form and full fang set because of the 20 int set bonus is 20 AP in cat/bear form.

As for both your 6+ stacks sets, your using dawnblade which means you have no intention of healing. If thats the case, your better off using fang belt (7 stam 5 agi) for the extra dodge and armor in exchange for only 1 stam.

I would like to know if you had access to every head enchants in the game (or most of them) ? Which one would you use (on LFH or would you sacrifice LFH if you have an heirloom or either a green tinted google) ?

Look, I spend hours doing the math. Tarantula is better than belt of the fang. Take my word for it, I'm not looking to argue or to do the math again to show you the algorithm.

For 1v1s, I've tested everything and when fighting a hunter you need to out heal flintlocks. Otherwise you risk dying which, as an FC can throw games. Your set doesn't give enough haste or stamina. I've tried it.

The defias 3-set bonus gives you arcane resistance which reduces the dmg taken by arcane shot by 30-35, which is equalivant to 2 stam per shot. That's huuuuge.

+8 stam, scales to +3 stam.

I don't know what type of math you did, but in my full leather set I get 43.46% damage reduction in bear form, when I switch fang belt to TSS, I go down to 42.39% damage reduction. The difference is 1 extra stam vs 1.07% melee damage reduction + 0.8% dodge from the 5 agility.

Even without taking the dodge into consideration, a 2.5k ambush (quite possible at high stacks) will be reduced by 26.75 damage from 1.07% more armor, already more than the tiny amount of extra health you will get from TSS.

Can't say much for the rest since I haven't tested it out.

In order for the Armor on Belt of the Fang to be worth 1 stam you'd need to take more than (19 * 1,2 / 0,0092 = 2478,261) damage. Which means you are correct. I'll update the post above.

I don't like doing math with Dodge as it's a random stat, which means you could dodge a 2.5k ambush or a 50 auto attack.
