The cost of obtaining Thrall's on an already established character could become quite significant. If you combine the cost, effort required and the fact that the bracers might be removed if a GM finds out about it, it really is a lot of potential risk for a small reward. Some people value the bracers higher than others, and in the end, there is no clear-cut answer to your question. Just make sure you take into account the downsides and make an informed decision.

You mean other than Blizzard saying that the stat templates will apply to every bracket?
stat templates in beta doesn't mean they're going to ruin twinking, there's still at least half a year til the expac comes out and it's just tiring seeing people walking around claiming the twink apocalypse is incoming.
