What is the best armor I can get for a 19 rogue?

Why do all of the major twinks have "Thrall's Gift" as their bracer of choice? It only has +3 agility where as "Black wolf bracers" have +3 agility, +4 stamina, and +3 critical strike..

Doesn't make sense? Care to explain?

they scale to 7 agil

it's ilvl based

shit below a certain ilvl in a bracket will scale, if it's above the ilvl it wont scale

when you join a bg the stats go from 3 to 7

i dont remember how much it costs, but u have to start goblin first, if u dont then u cant get the bracers w/o exploiting

second best bracers would be a toss up to preference between Forest leather and Black wolf

or you go goblin and get summoned in by a friendly twink who has a lock there
