with the new patch they implemented timewalking dungeons for lvl 85 content, so the method is the same as the other timewalking dungeons to get those reps. Have your higher lvl run the dungeon, then buy the boa tokens and mail them to your lower lvl alt. Getting to the venders is the most difficult part.
A note, don't waste them on therazane rep, you start out at hated, making getting to friendly nearly impossible.
Edit* I can confirm that all but therazane are possible to get (I didn't attempt therazane because its too much of a grind)
